From around the end of last year, we began to see people from overseas on the streets. In Ginza or Harajuku on weekdays, we pass by so many people from overseas that there are probably more than Japanese people.
Of course, there are many tourists who come here on tour, but it seems that more people are coming to Japan on business these days. This is probably due to the sharp depreciation of the yen, but it is also likely because the ravages of the novel coronavirus have subsided and that we are now ready to remove masks. In terms of fashion, I was impressed by the way they incorporated items bought in the streets of Japan to present themselves nicely.
