KAWASAKI HALLOWEEN 2019
Nov.27(Sun) / 2019 Coverage location:LA CITTADELLA in Kawasaki
First held 22 years ago in 1997, Kawasaki Halloween has now become established as the largest Halloween event in Japan. Even Style Arena aimed for the day of the Halloween parade that could be called its climax, and they have photographed it since 2013. (They started publishing the photos in 2015.)
Every year, there is a lot of cosplay from movies, animated series, or comics that were popular in a given year, but this year did not have an explosive mega hit work, so the impression was that it was all over the place. However, for the past several years, there have been large groups wearing costumes that match a theme, and there are also meticulously elaborate masterpieces that look like they are a work of art. Instead of a costume, it seems like some people use themselves to express something.
And so, the top picks from the group of costumes photographed at the event once again have been posted in advance on our Instagram and Facebook pages. The popular costumes are being selected from the number of "likes" and "reaches", and are listed in order of popularity.
