Fetish Pop

The fetish style has been a trend for the past couple of years in fashions and in the magazines. But in the underground world of fashion, some gothic fans introduced fetish styles and shifted their fashion styles toward fetish style long before it became a trend. Since both fetish style and the gothic share lots of similarities such as using black as a basic color, using bloody red as an accent and using accessories with same themes, those gothic fans had no difficulty switching over to the fetish style. The NEW TRIBE section featured “Fetish fashion” in December 2009 as well. 2 years have passed since then and “Fetish” has influenced various areas in the underground club events. We reported “DeCoRa Alamode” hosted by ARTiSM which presents a lot of styles which combine cyber, fairy decorative and fetish and show pop but morbid eroticism. It is not cosplay but like cosplay. It is very Japanese style.
